Lindsay Machamer - Business Development Coordinator (Supreme Buddy)
Lindsay is your go-to Supreme Buddy, working closely with sponsors to keep the gears turning. Originally from Delaware, she now calls Philadelphia home, earning her degree from Temple University. When she’s not securing game-changing deals, you can find her at the gym or exploring new cocktail spots with friends. Fun fact? She dreams of visiting Croatia and once considered becoming a dentist herself! Lindsay’s empathy and open-mindedness make her an invaluable asset to the team.
Mohammad Bin-Amir - Account Manager (Supreme Buddy)
Mohammad oversees sponsors, transitions, and continuing education (CE). Originally from Pakistan, he spent much of his life in Qatar before moving to Malaysia for college. A passionate artist, he enjoys painting, hiking, and cooking, with dreams of traveling the world. Mohammad’s quiet yet creative approach brings a steady presence to our team, making him an indispensable Supreme Buddy.
Rachel - Sponsor Success Coordinator (Supreme Buddy)
Rachel works diligently behind the scenes to build and maintain our sponsorship relationships. Hailing from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, she now thrives in Philly, continuously honing her communication skills and making meaningful connections. Outside of work, she practices yoga and Pilates, explores vintage shops, and even once volunteered on a farm, caring for baby raccoons! Rachel’s energy and commitment to growth make her a vital member of the Supreme Buddy crew.
Rameel Shahzad - Sponsor Success Coordinator
Rameel ensures the Sponsors and Transitions team operates like a well-oiled machine. With a background in Economics, he has a knack for organization and efficiency. When he’s not working, he indulges in photography, traveling, and discovering new food spots. Although he is not an official Supreme Buddy, Rameel is knowledgeable in our CE selections and can maybe find time to help when he’s not busy being a new dad! Overall, Rameel’s love for order and fresh perspectives adds a special spark to our team that we appreciate.

Morgan grew up in Hamden, CT, and made her way to Temple University in Philadelphia, where she studied Kinesiology and Public Health. Having lived in 10 states and visited 8 countries, she’s a travel enthusiast who embraces an eco-conscious lifestyle. Whether hiking, reading, or volunteering, Morgan’s leadership and dedication inspire everyone on the team.
Victoria Harris - Communications & CE Coordinator (Supreme Buddy)
Last but not least, meet Victoria—the mastermind behind this blog! As the Communications & CE Coordinator (and lovingly dubbed the "Supreme Queen" by Dr. Nacho), she keeps things running smoothly while injecting her signature wit into all she does. A proud Queens, NY native, Victoria spends her free time playing video games, watching Mad Men, and showing off her hilarious chicken impression. Her humor and keen attention to detail make her an irreplaceable part of the team.
